Window not displaying correctly in IE for NCT

When launching NCT in Internet Explorer the login screen is correctly displayed, but the next window after logging in is not displayed correctly. It only displays part of the screen with no means to expand the window.
The video shows that by adjusting the security settings in IE the window will be displayed correctly. Thank you to the school who contributed this solution.
