Q. Before I import student data from a spreadsheet into Discovery, will I need to place the columns in a specific order?

A. No, the import facility allows you to move the culumns by dragging them to the appropriate headings.

Q. What is the minimum information I need for importing students details into Discovery?

A. The minimum columns of data you will need are Logon/User Name, Last Name, First Name. All other information is optional, including Passwords.

Logon Names need to be unique. You may want use the students existing network logon details.
