Global Languages is available in four languages: French, German, Italian and Spanish and comes in two versions: for use in a "stand alone" situation or through a networked system.

The coursework content is comprehensive, totally interactive and flexibly graded to meet the needs of a variety of learners from a Basic to an Advanced level.

The language content is of the communicative type, appropriately relating to genuine and authentic situations and as such is compatible with the kind of language experience that a learner may encounter and enjoy.

Ready access to images, translations, grammatical summaries, tests, profiling and self-evaluation makes the package a fully integrated course that should appeal to the independent learner. The availability of sound and the play back facility add the all important dimension of the spoken word including listening skills. In fact the whole package is an attractive and efficient multi media system incorporating the four skills of language learning: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

The topical approach confirms its suitability for many communicative syllabuses such as GCSE, LCCI, RSA, Institute of Linguist, GNVQ and 'A' Level.
