Detailed Travel Directions

Coming from the South:

On the M1 take the Junction 25 Exit.

Take the A52 to Derby – at the first roundabout take the 3rd Exit (A6/A38 / M1).

From now on, follow the signs for A6 Matlock.

Go straight across the next 3 roundabouts.

At the next roundabout take the 1st. Exit onto the A38.

Take the 1st Exit onto the next roundabout (A6 Duffield / Matlock), followed by the 3rd Exit off this roundabout, and onto the A6.

Continue on the A6 through Allestree, Duffield, and Milford until you enter Belper.

Go straight over the Safeway roundabout and proceed through Belper town, on the A6 until you come to set of traffic lights at the junction of the A517 Ashbourne and the A6.

Turn left at the lights following the signs to Blackbrook and Ashbourne

Follow Ashbourne Road (A517) passing The Talbot Public house on the right.

Coutinue along the Ashbourne Road (A517) for approximately 1 mile, until you see the sign for Blackbrook house on the right hand side, turn right onto the drive.

Coming from the North:

On the M1 take the Junction 28 Exit onto the southbound carriageway of the A 38 (Derby / Birmingham).

On the A38 take the exit signposted A610 to Ambergate.

Continue along the A610 until the T junction with the A6. Turn left onto the A6 towards Belper.

Just after the town sign for Belper, at the traffic light visible a short distance ahead, turn right following the signs to Blackbrook and Ashbourne

Follow Ashbourne Road (A517) passing The Talbot Public house on the right.

Coutinue along the Ashbourne Road (A517) for approximately 1 mile, until you see the sign for Blackbrook house on the right hand side, turn right onto the drive.
